Winding Up Petition

Hi,


If a limited company has a Winding Up Petition on it, how can I find out more information about it, nothing coming up on compaines house, all look fien on there.

Traditionally notices of winding up petitions for UK companies are advertised in the appropriate gazette ie. the London Gazette, Belfast Gazette or Edinburgh Gazette depending on where the registered office of the company is located.

There is an online version of these gazettes which can be easily found using a quick google search.

Once you find the appropriate notice, you should be able to get all of the information you need from there.
