It'll be interesting to see what Labour focus on, given that Boris is (nearly) gone. I suspect they'll say that the whole Conservative party is tainted by having Boris as their leader, no matter who is elected. As long as Starmer is leader of the opposition Conservatives have a pretty good chance of winning
I think you're right.I do not believe anyone really cares who leads who, well the odd person does, but the vast majority have no faith in any political party or member
I think the far left will start making a move, Starmer won't have it all his own way from now on. He has had to do nothing and in fact has done nothing.Labour need to sort themselves out. I don’t think even the Labour Party know what they stand for anymore, let alone the voters. Captain Hindsight, Mr I will have pizza with my pint, is more Conservative than most Conservative MP’s. He is worth more than most of them as well.
Surely the same could be said of the whole Labour Party too as they are equally tainted by having had Jeremy Corbyn as their leaderIt'll be interesting to see what Labour focus on, given that Boris is (nearly) gone. I suspect they'll say that the whole Conservative party is tainted by having Boris as their leader, no matter who is elected.
Maybe the press just run the country and our politics and we have just not realised it yet.
Yeah, she made the trains run on time!Thatcherism is the only option
Maybe the press just run the country and our politics and we have just not realised it yet. as far as elections go its way off yet (unless one is suddenly slipped in quick over the next few weeks) and the general public will not make there minds up until a few weeks before and all this crap beforehand will have been forgotten.
I think it's fairly conspicuous that the anti - Boris vote largely avoided Labour.
As long as Starmer is leader of the opposition Conservatives have a pretty good chance of winning
Labour who ..... oh the Queens opposition party, well they certainly not made a dent in anything so far
I think Dominic Cummings has dictated the agenda over the past year or so. Without his bitterness, there would be no party gate or any other gate for that matter.Maybe the press just run the country and our politics and we have just not realised it yet
And there were people who said it would happen the day he walked into No10, i doubt he has finished yet either.I think Dominic Cummings has dictated the agenda over the past year or so. Without his bitterness, there would be no party gate or any other gate for that matter.
He's done what he set out to do. Not sure that Labour have thanked him . . . . yet.
I think that this type of macho politics has failed !
Thatcherism is the only option
And as our politics drifts closer to the American model of he who has the largest war chest wins the election we are less likely to.We need a leader of Maggie calibration ATM, but I haven’t seen anyone who would come close, from any party.
They are not just not going to be fined thoughDurham police will not issue fines to Starmer & Raynor.
Shame, it would have been fun to see if they would have resigned.
Nah, that would have been a statement something like "insufficient evidence that it breached the boundaries of the exemption", this is as close as you can get from a legal perspective to "stop being silly, this was covered by the rules"But that suggests it could have been reasonable to ask the question though. The "reasonably necessary work" is subjective, and what one person considers necessary, another wouldn't.
