Why am i a 'undisclosed' shareholder??

Good Afternoon,

I have recently been made a shareholder of the company i work for and now own 5% (A Ordinary Shares). I am not yet listed as a Director, but will be fairly soon. I use RiskDisk and have noticed that my name is not present on the shareholders page - it shows my 52 shares but my name is showing as 'undisclosed' - any help would be much appreciated as to why this is!

I think it is below the limit that requires you to be named but i would just check what the levels are on the companies house website. It keeps changing.

It might simply be that the information has not yet filtered to risk disk - what do companies House records say?

More importantly, do you have a share certificate?

Yes, i have the share certificate. Companies House have said that they are waiting for Annual Return to be filed - so you may be right!

If you wait for a while the information should be updated.
