IF YOUR NOT GOING TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS !!

Rant over, but you know what I mean. you search the internet for products and services and it's astounding how many just don't bother checking their email. Since christmas companies have failed to get over £2000 from me just because they either didn't respond, did but didn't read the email and replied with basic crap or took more then 2 days.

It never ceases to amaze me how few businesses have defined processes and standards that ensure that they are consistently meeting customer expectations in the key areas in their business. I couldn't imagine what could possibly take precedence over new business acquisition. Some people don't deserve to have any new customers!

Personally speaking, I do not go to bed in the evening until every enquiry from that day has been responded to and every proposal or quotation sent out. I can't imagine why anyone would allow anything less to happen in their business.

+1, and the businesses where its "get an instant quote by email now".. within the next 48 hours an email gets sent to you saying "hello, may I have your telephone number to discuss a quote?"

I rather do business in person, failing that on the phone, by email/letter as last case scenario. But either have a telephone number to get the "instant quote" (or call back system) or an email... I feel completely annoyed waiting days for a telephone quote.
