Who in the business should I been speaking to?

Hello

Just a quick question.

I really need someone to answer this question as I am unsure on how directly In should be speaking to to make a sale.:|

If you were offering human resource services (employee satisfaction surveys) to UK business' should we be targeting Managers or Owners of business' to get the right person we should be speaking to?

The service gives insights into the current perceptions and attitudes of
employees in their workplace so it does definately benefits the company and our USP is that we have removed the setup, management and admin fees so they only pay a flat fee (plus VAT)

We offer full reporting including an action plan format which we offer suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the business while allowing the employees voice to be heard?

So I just need to know from people who own businesses for their advise?

thanks

Employee surveys are notoriously difficult to sell into a business. Most think they can do it in-house, but there are benefits in outsourcing to an independent organisation.
I would talk to HR people first to gauge the possible interest. Then use tham as an ambassador for your pitch to the dicision maker which they will have briefed you on.

If a company has staff morale problems, the management should know why from instinct and observation.

If they don't, no amount a outsourced consultancy is going to fix the issue, as i have witnessed on more than one occasion.

And, morale has to be earned through respect, it cannot be "bought" (remuneration)
