I'm from Chinese and now working in a Exporting Company.
I want to be a Alibaba Member, but we chinese have to charge for it. So would anyone help me apply a Member of Alibaba ? It is free for foreigner.

What most do is pick a European address and a free email from Europe. It's not that difficult and Alibaba aren't that careful about it.
