Who can change MX records

Who can change MX records, Domain provider or the web hosting co to which the name server is pointed?I have my domain with Zen and hosting with Godaddy. Zen sys says since nameserver is pointed to godaddy so only godaddy would be able to change my MX records. However my webdesigner who manages godaddy account says ZEN should be able to change MX records. I am terrible at IT stuff and really confused :|.

If indeed Zen are correct, and your domain name is exclusively using GoDaddy Nameservers, then you need to contact GoDaddy to change your MX record(s).

Yeah, log in to your registrar's control panel (in this case godaddy) and look for 'dns options' or 'advanced' dns options. It should be in the same section as CNAME or A record options.
