Who are the best web coders available at the moment?

Notice I say coders and not designers - we have an overflow of work and Im looking for a potential partner to handle the more complex bespoke web development, not the design which we will always handle.

I would have put this in recomendations but Im happy to hear from people sending a pm or emailing in the first instance with links to websites that have bespoke functionality included.

Going to bang my own drum, worked for numerous UKBF'ers on just coding or design and coding (although I outsource the design).

I am proficient in CSS, HTML, Joomla, jquery and WordPress. Dabble in PHP but not as proficient as the others.

I can whizz you across some example sites, just ping your email in a PM.
