I like it. Well thought and address everything a corporate company would want in a sales pitch.

Misses the intro and means I have to run off a stats report do count downloads rather than just look in analytics, but either or will work.

its too much for a sme but blue chips would love it.
It really beefs up and exposes what SEM has to take into consideration.

Again Kudos to you.

Although i must point out the graph seem a bit off.

I am not a SEO/SEM indvidual but I take a strong interest in it as it drives our business.

I am currently pulling together our whole strategy as we are going throw high growth and the digital strategy was proving difficult with different people/departments having different ideas

From a user point of view this was very clear and useful

Very impressive. I'd agree with Earl on the jargon, but I don't think that really matters as you seem to be shooting for a very niche audience as opposed to the swathes of ill-informed business owners who think that because its online, it's cheap and that success can be bought there for next to nothing. If that was the case, companies like yourself wouldn't exist because they would be doing it for themselves.

Ok The sample digital stratergy graph doesnt make sense at all to me.
Then the key performance indicator graph. With out figures it wont make sense.
But then again this i am assuming has half the target information missing. It would be made bespoke for which ever industry the client is targeting.

Oh and i think its Key result area that your trying to define at the end of the graph as that would make more sense.

I know what you mean about technical jargon, but it is a technical paper. I'll take a look through.
