Which Live Chat Software should I Consider?

Hello, I need some recommendations for Live Chat software for a Wordpress website.

Its an important tool for us and what we are currently using is OK but not great. What would you recommend? Is anyone using a tool with FB integration and what are your thoughts?

Thanks Peter. I should have stated that we are currently using tawk which is decent but looking for alternative solutions. If you can recommend any others would appreciate it.

If you're willing for it not to be live and just allow users to open a message thread with you, hotjar offer a pretty good free plan you could use. Also offer session recording etc which I find pretty useful.

I personally use zopim.com and find it both quick to set up and easy to use.

I'd recommend you to stay clear from free options, because they have many downsides... you should check out Kayako or LiveChat. They are solid and they are constantly updated.

You can get Livezilla (on location installation) , LivechatInc (SAAS) are good one if you wish to go for paid option. For free you can try Tawk.to

Another vote for Zopim.

The only reason I stopped using Live Chat was because the only people who used it were those trying to sell me something... never had a customer or prospect ever use it.

We have used both Zendesk Chat (formally Zopim) and LiveChatInc. Personally i am more fond of LiveChatInc due to its ability to be customised more, additionally it has concurrent connections so I can grab a live chat on my mobile device while still being logged into my computer. I should say that Zendesk Chat have recently introduced this function but I have found LiveChatInc notifications on iOS etc have been much more reliable.

I use Zopim.com and I find it very easy to implement it on magento and opencart. I would recommend it.
