They're a comodity, the expensive one's break just as often as the cheap ones!

Actually we only have two, bought years ago, both 1GB and both still working fine. Mind you, they were bought before the office PCs were networked and it was the easiest way of transferring files between computers.

The fashion at the moment (as ever) is for *Very* small size and *Very* large capacity.

I like the SD cards that you can "snap" in half and they become USB sticks...

Most of the freebies I've been given lately are 1GB, however the designs are now getting more fancy..........the latest HP Storageworks ones encased in an orange rubber are nice.

I like the rubberised Integral stick.
Keep mine in tip top condition by putting it through a full wash cycle and maximum spin at least once a week.

Yes, yes, i know. Emptying my pockets might help.

I was given a waterproof USB stick a few years ago. Forms part of a wristband so you can take your data with you when you swim.

For all those times when you need to take data with you when you swim....... (still at home, never been used)

I like the novelty value of this. Every time I'm in the sea or in the pool I always think "if only I had them files with me"!
