Which is the most suitable accounting software for small company?

Hi all ladies and gentlemen,

I'm owner of a small company in Viet Nam. My company has 9 employees and it hasn't any accountant. I myself do accounting. But now i'm tired with this work so I decide to find a suitable account software or tool to make my work easier. I want to save money because hiring a outsource accountant can take me time and money.

My company is in web design and PPC niche. I need an easy-to-use software allowing me to manage tax, salary, bill and expense. In my country, Web Designing market is taxed at the rate of 0%.

I want you to help me to find the most suitable softwares for me.
