Which is the best 'Pay as You Go' mobile phone tariff?

Hi, please can anyone give me any advice on which is the best 'Pay as You Go' mobile phone tariff?

I'm on Asda Mobile but reception is appalling in my area.
I hardly use it so I'm not after a contract tariff as it would just be a waste, but I need something that works.

Any suggestions welcome, thanks in advance

The poor reception is not Asda's fault is it? Do you have neighbours with mobiles? Ask them what service/reception they get.
I was in Vodafone yesterday.They have a wee gizmo that is supposed to boost your mobile whilst at home.Look at their site,it's probably on there.
As for the tariffs isn't there a comparison site for them?

First one on Google.

As has been mentioned, asda mobile roams on the vodaphone network at present, you need to find out which telecoms provider currently has the best network coverage in your area, maybe trying friends and families phones at your house to check signal strength etc.

Orange looks more appealing as they have now teamed up with T-mobile which means you can roam on both networks!

Thank you all for your posts.
My wife has a contract phone with Vodafone and her reception is better than mine at home and it's the same model of phone. My work address has poor reception for both of us.

I'll take your advice and take a look at some comparison sites, I see there are some free simms available so will give one or two a try out. Orange and O2 perhaps.

to make your purchasing of mobile phones much cheaper various mobile networks have come up with idea of giving deals to its consumers. all the mobile phones are available on these deals. one of the deals are Pay as yo go which is available at very best rate. all the mobile phones whih you get available on this deal are very much cheaper and tariffs are very reasonable. a few days back i accidently bumped on to Bestcontractmobilephone.co.uk and all those pay as you go deals available on this portal are very much affordable.

pay as you go plan is considered very beneficial in terms of saving the earnest money. you have asked for very popular plan. dear, at first you must visit some web pages to get full details and opt as per your needs. besides, before picking any plan, you must be sure about the benefits and the plan. though these days, three mobile is also offering some very lucrative plans.

Just joined GiffGaff from Tesco, was a quick easy switch over, still uses the O2 network so good coverage, best of all it's cheaper and I now get unlimited data and more minutes.

If you are thinking of joining GiffGaff use a referral link to get a free £5 credit on activation, please consider using my referral link below.

There are many good deals out there. My company do PAYG worth a look.

We enjoy a good partnership with T-Mobile/Orange and I find that the signal is pretty good up and down the country.

Best wishes

I know you mentioned that you just want a PAYG, we have some special offers on a SIM only at the moment;

300 minutes - 300 texts - FREE Booster from;

Unlimited landlines/texts/internet/T-Mobile calls/60 minutes of calls to landlines & mobiles in Europe & Australasia or 120 minutes to USA & Canada for £7.71 inc VAT.

Might work out cheaper and also good for children as you can add a limit so they can't go above.
