Which employees are close contacts for self isolation purposes?

Small company with less than 10 employees working from a suite of offices - mostly open plan. Social distancing/hand sanitizing is in place but not mask wearing. If one person in the company tests positive is everyone else who works on the same days a close contact for self isolation purposes? that would mean the office would have to close whilst everyone self isolates. Alternatively is it all the bods in the open plan area, but not in the side offices?

Just to add - desks are more than 2 metres apart, but obviously we do pass within 2 metres of each other momentarily.
