Which card machine also does card holder not present payment

I have a pizza shop and need to be able to take card payments over the phone for delivering.

I want a machine take can also take card payments if they decide to order in the shop too.

Izettle, sumup, square don't offer this I think. I need a proper card machine .

Why not get a pay as you go or sim card based reader if turnover requires it for the drivers. Taking card details on the phone is the highest risk and most expensive one you can go for. Less PCI compliance problems as well taking payments via a reader in person.

Square have a card reader for cardholder present transactions and a virtual terminal for taking details over the phone. Izettle has a card reader like square and an option to send out invoices by e-mail with a payment link so customers can pay remotely using the link.
