Where to source overstock of Hand Knitting Yarn in Turkey

We are wanting to purchase and import overstock, end of line, cancelled orders, etc of hand knitting yarn in large quantities ( by the container) but are really struggling to get the right information or best way to source these products? We contacted a few manufactures by email, not had any replies. just wondering if overstock is put out to exporter companies, or whether we should be looking at some sort of sourcing agent / company. just thought we'd ask and see if anyone had any ideas of how we can find out where to purchase this stock?
