Hi,

Do you know who would buy or how/where to sell expensive watches? Where to Rolex sell their watches or how? I use amazon affiliate watches to sell watches and there is more watch affiliates, but I use amazon at the moment. Some advertise in advertisement websites that they will buy Rolex etc. I have offered them Rolex watches, but no luck, nobody didn’t buy. Maybe I did something wrong? How to sell them?

Thank you very much!

As mentioned above, people buying high end watches tend to buy from known and trusted sources. Like High Street stores, reputable dealers, established players in this arena.

There is no way, no way at all, I am going to buy one from a source with any risk at all. In fact, I wouldn't even go near Amazon for one.

Behind the scenes, and beyond my sphere of knowledge, there will be a network of trusted dealers, too.

Buyers today are smarter than ever and specially people looking for expensive watch like Rolex it will take time to consider things before the users landed on their final decision. Branded watches has official store or official website to serve their customers. Take time to read their reviews.

I would buy a rolex from a physical store, never from a website. As highlighted above, in a store you can check the watch out for yourself. On a website you see the pictures but that is about it, you are leaving it to chance that it may or may not be a fake. Alex

Thank you for your replies. It is impossible that anyone would buy from amazon?
Have not looked that is there a refund opportunity. Oh, I am bad for sell anything. Was thinking just earn extra helping to sell amazon merchandise, there is affiliate program where you can earn for helping sell amazon merchandise. Maybe there is a good sales advisor?

I would say setup a fresh profile on chrono24. Its the best, trusted and safest online marketplace for buying and selling watches.

Build the profile, do an honest job in providing as described watches, and service to your customers. Get positive reviews and in no time you will have a system where customers will trust you and buy from you.

I have purchased several watches from there based on the feedback, and the setup of chron24 and have been highly satisfied with the service and watches.

You have to pay commission on each sale, however you get all the exposure and the right type of client who is prepared to spend the money with you.

any other platform in my opinion is a waste of time. chrono24 is the ebay of luxury watches.

Some dealers may offer discounts on older models but they usually have very small numbers on offer.
As far as I know though, Rolex is not one of them.
I've also seen cases where distributors offer job lots of older models at a huge discount but they are not Rolex, IWC, etc.
But then again, the problem is how to convince buyers that you are a selling legitimate watches as another problem with high end watches is that stolen watches are also sold on the second hand market and that's the reason some people will only consider watches with full documentation. However, there are crooks selling fake documentation as well.
