I supply bespoke organic cotton bags made in a fair trade environment to customers in the UK. I have had a steady request for orders that keep the wheels keep turning. However, I feel we could do more and lately, I've found myself stagnating.

My producer group is a small sewing unit employing local women in a village in Southern India. They are paid fair wages and I ensure good working conditions. Our bags are of high quality and the workmanship faultless.

I could continue with what I'm what I'm doing now with little effort. But I feel we have great potential to grow and to expand. I just don't know how. Any help and advice in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Nice stuff. I had one of my client ordered loads of cotton bags and when I saw the label it was made in India. It is nice cotton, I liked it.

Did you think of selling products online?

Or may be try reusable bags like they do in Morrisons?

Or setup a charity kind of stuff which is very popular over here, you get name, fame and business. Like "sponsor a worker's family by buying bags".

Like they do for Asha on the TV who is desperately asking for help.
