Where is the best place to post a competition online?

Hello everyone,

We are running a competition which is free to enter and only requires the user to enter their email and name on our website prize draw page.

Can anyone recommend where the best place is to advertise this competition online? I have so far used the following:

- loquax
- prize finder
- competition today
- crazy compers

I greatly appreciate any advice anyone has!

A lot of people use the moneysavingexpert competitions forum.

Why not you use the facebook. Lots of people don't know about these sites so create a page or an ad on facebook and redirect them on your landing page(website prize draw page), then you got lots of conversions.

Facebook works well for competitions. The sharing aspect could get a lot of attention to the competition

Have you run this competition yet? if so what did you choose? and how did it go?

If you haven't run it yet then its depends what type of competition you want to run. Using Facebook could be a good way to build up awareness of your company at the same time as doing the competition by asking people to share or like or tag people in an image for example.

Loquax has always been a great place to post competitions though like most of the sites you've listed, they're starting to show their age.

I've posted competitions on both HotUKDeals and TheOnlineCity as additional ideas for your list.
