Where can I get a p45 form to complete? manually or online/printable?

So early 2021, basic paye tools crashed on me and wouldnt work, on reccomendation I switched to 123 payroll, the free version, and that was all fine. I stopped paying myself at end of august, which was my last submission, but the software doesnt let me check the box to make it a final submission. I want to complete a p45 for myself and submit it, but dont want to pay £73 plus vat just to do something so simple. Any suggestions as to how I can get hold of and manually complete a p45?
It used to be easy in the days of paper!

You will have problems with HMRC if you don't send a final submission. I suggest you speak to the software provider.

That will be the problem - having made the final submission you no longer have a PAYE account and so cannot issue P45's. You cannot complete them manually, as far as I am aware. What do you need it for? Generally they are not much use.

I am now my wifes carer, and the application for carers allowance asks for a p45, otherwise I wouldnt bother.

You could try giving them your final payslip, explaining that no P45 was issued.
