There are a multitude of ways that outsourcing can help your business. I would recommend "Nearshoring" over "Offshoring," meaning that you should outsource to a company that is in Europe over somewhere far away.

You can outsource:
Help Desk Services
HR Services
Accounting/Finance
Project Management
Marketing

Multisourced Help Desks offer companies the ability to compete in the ever-changing technology landscape. Multisourcing Solutions offer enhanced flexibility in a variety of ways, benefiting both your company and your customers. Multisourced Help Desks can increase the speed of business processes, enhance efficiency and reduce costs, all without affecting service levels.

Personally speaking outsourcing for my company works well for deliveries of import consignments which are either too large for the vehicles we operate or where we have deliveries that are not within the same area/location as the bulk of our other imports.

Example being we have 10 deliveries for London, Surrey & Berkshire and have 1 delivery to Devon. Outsourcing the delivery to Devon to a company that is either already transporting goods to that area and/or is based on that area would make sense to us from a operational and financial point of view......plus that would also probably mean we were being environmentally aware?? :D

outsourcing depend on ur requirements of service are increasing in other areas, if u have more demands of products from countries where u can easily settle up a representative office, it for sure can help u to increase the revenue, it might be costly in the beginning, but it will overcome it.

When Can Outsourcing Help A Business?

Some common ways:

1. When you don't have the skills or resources to complete a project yourself.
2. When you want to extend your business hours.
3. When you want to replace costly processes with less expensive processes.
4. When you want to enlarge your existing staff.
5. When a process slows you down and you simply have too many other things to do.

The theory behind outsourcing is superb; it's all about leveraging your time, effort and money. Not only will outsourcing save you valuable time and energy, it will give you and your company a godlike aura of efficiency and speed. Never do yourself what others can do for you.

The reality however, is often different. Be sure to take your time and start slow, "pigeon-hole" their role and interview several outsourcers to get the best match. Be sure to test commuications. Make sure you can directly measure the cost of the outsourcer to the profit of performing that task!!

Once happy, move to the next role/position/task you want to outsource
