What's your Desktop Wallpaper?

I find I get bored quite quickly with my desktop wallpaper so I'm often changing it. Just wondered what everyone else uses? Do you use your own photos or go to wallpaper sites and download images?

Here's my current picture, it's actually one I photographed on a plane as the sun rose above the clouds...

The standard one for Ubuntu, I think it's brown.

As I almost never see it, I don't much care.

I think Tiger has a valid point! Once you get working it disappears behind a multitude of windows and applications. Nice to have them show up when you switch on though

Imagery we designed several years ago for a 3D asteroids game my company had developed. The imagery was originally for DVD cover mockups, but we also turned the imagery into downloadable wallpapers to make them available from the game's website.

You can tell by the dimensions that the wallpapers were designed several years ago, for mainly gaming CRT monitors of that time, since there are no wide screen versions, mainly the usual CRT monitor dimensions from 640x480 to 1600x1200! (but there is one for my current LCD 1280x1024 monitor).

The guy is a total nutcase He backflipped over a plane after that, it flew underneath at 120mph! Travis Pastrana is his name, him and his mates have a TV show in the US called nitro circus, simply epic TV show too!
