We are opening our first 30 day credit account for a customer (another business). I knocked up a credit account application form - that was easy as I have lots of examples from other companies.
Now I need to follow up the 2 trade references they supplied. What do most people ask for? I'll ask what level of credit they have on their account and how many times they've paid late in last 12 months. Anything else?
