What is this tv programme?

My parents were telling me about a tv programme today but they couldn't remember what it was called. It was an older bloke who was an expert on where shops were going wrong who used to give them his advice and turn them around. It reminded me a little bit of 'Mary Queen of Shops'? It was on about 7ish at night and was on fairly recently - maybe a month ago ish?

Ring any bells with anyone?

The guy was called Jeff or Geoff I think and the programme was called "all over the shop", was on BBC2.

I haven't yet seen that program. On which channel it telecast and when?

It was late last year on BBC2, 7.30pm.
