As the title says: What is the most you have lost on a scam?

I spoke to someone today who had received inheritance in the region of £300,000 and lost £250,000 on a *Property abroad, only for it to be a scam. This person went to a full presentation with representatives, shows the property he was buying in a brochure, around 20 others in attendance.

Later he found out that this person has done it before and has been on Watchdog but is still wanted to date.

Some very nasty people out there
