latest google update suggest, escape from link schemes but i am not able to decide what is this and how can i do it ? any suggestion ?

Google is penalising sites that in some cases sell or sole purpose is to swap links or farm links. This will in turn effect sites linking into these schemes. Unlink if you added it and avoid.

Link schemes is the group of websites offering paid link services and reciprocal link back services. Nowadays most of these services are not legitimate and resulting the websites fall into search engine penalty. I would recommend you not to participate such link scheming or link farming groups. Sometimes link schemes will help you to get better results but soon your website will we disappear from the search results and may not be recover in future. So be aware of link farming or schemes

The three way linking was popular among the link builders earlier this point and many webmasters they discussed it many times this would work well. Does this Penguin penalize this technique as well?
