What is a website review?

I'm have been reading the forum rules

Yesterday a post of mine helping another user was deleted

It wasn't a website review, but rather identified two specific technical issues and a fix

What constitutes a website review?

A website review is any comment on the structure, content, performance or feature of a website.

Essentially, if some posts a url and asks a question about that url then any answer would constitute a review.

Does that mean I can answer general questions about website and SEO problems in any section?

If somebody wishes to ask a question about a specific website [theirs] they need to upgrade in order to post in the website review section?

I can answer questions about specific websites in the website review section without upgrading myself?

I just tried to leave a helpful comment in the website review section

The message says I need to upgrade for this

Why would I need to pay you to give my professional advice to your members for free?

This seems to be a permissions issue I'll need to get fixed. You should be able to reply to requests there (we were working on the forum permissions for the past couple of days).
