I guess the name of our business, which is soleheaven.com, is obvious enough, but we did bounce a few alternatives around before settling on it. It is now well known enough to stick! Our reasons - well, we just liked it!

Means nothing to me.. All I can think is Wooden is someone's surname and it is a Leisure company they run as a family name.. Maybe? Just hazarding a guess..

I was hoping it was as obvious as it is for me.
We sell wooden products for the family,from garden (shed, summerhouse, playhouse, gazebo...), indoor and outdoor toys, play and leisure equipments.

I'd use "timber" rather than "wooden". Timber sounds rustic and hand hewn -- Wooden sounds... well, wooden.

I don't think it portrays a good image.

It's the word 'wooden' in particular, it just doesn't work.

Back to the drawing board...

Timber for me sounds like a raw product, not a finished and quality product.
But you are the word expert Paul so i guess it's good advice

The two words don't fit well together. Say Wooden Leisures out loud and it sounds awkward. I did assume that you sold some kind of timber product but Wooden Leisures doesn't make sense to me. I would ditch Leisures personally, maybe keep Wooden depending what else you come up with to go with it.

How about something like Timber Family Products. You could shorten it to TFP and the "T" could be drawn into a tree shape for a logo.

Whatever name you think of try saying it out loud or pretending you are answering the phone "Hello, TFP, can I help you?"

tfp.co.uk and com is already taken but i am sure we can work around that

It sounds too similar to Woodland Leisure to me, which could cause you problems in the future as they sell garden play equipment.
