What do you enjoy the most in your life?

So, alcoholics enjoy their addiction to alcohol - you learn something new every day.

OOOhhhh Parthelan, you have got the miserable bug sometimes! What is your favourite joy? :D

I take your point well though about addiction to anything. It is hard to understand without experience but it causes much suffering.

I think on the other hand alcoholics don't always look exactly unhappy - George Best for example. His famous quote was "Where did it all go right".

Lol - Im the happiest smiliest most contented person you'd ever meet :D

My contentment drives me mad sometimes, so I come online to start a row, just so I can experience what it must be like to be upset :D

My greatest joy? My wife and children. Without a shadow of a doubt. I only knew what real happiness was the day she agreed to have such an unworthy specimen as me as her husband for live , and from the time we started our family. There is no joy on earth that comes anywhere near the almost indescribable joy of loving, and the love of, your family.

Every morning I wake up and thank god for everything I have.

I thank god for this lovely New morning,
I thank god for the the Loved ones I have,
I thank for my god for my health,
and so on.

Thank for all the small and big things in life. It makes you feel positive about life. The more you thank, the more you are attracted to events that provide you with opportunities to thank you!

My kids are 3 and 9. They make me laugh the most, they keep me contented the most and keep me going the most.

Wait 'till the little buggers turn fourteen, then change "laugh" to "cry" and "contented" to "stressed". It's also when they hit fourteen that you'll find you suddenly "don't understand", "know nothing" and "don't care" - unless of course they want cash or taking somewhere!

Enjoy :D

Yours were late developers!!

I've been getting that attitude from one of the girls here since she was 11 :D

I dont understand anything, I dont know anything, Im no good at anything - however, all seems to be forgiven when 12 of her mates want to do a sleepover, or there's latin homework that needs doing

Wanting unlimited cash supplies from me is not an event worthy of comment - apparently, it's my job

I'm going back five years, they do seem to grow up quicker year by year.

Forgot about the open wallet, eldest daughter needs £300 for her car MOT - guess who's paying that!! Why, because she's taking me to the races tomorrow for my birthday treat, and she's driving so I can have a drink - bleedin' expensive drink if you ask me

Guess when the kids hit the teens you change from Dad to Mug.
