Hey guys bit of a strange question here, I heard that its about 50 pounds to have a dog put down and disposed of by the Vet. I was just wondering, is there any legislation in place that says only a qualified Vet can do this?
im not an expert but there is 2 injections by a vet to put an animal to sleep one puts them unconsious and the other stops the heart which is the most humane way of doing it, i would say only a qualified vet would be able to get hold of what they use to do this, and be allowed to do it as only a qualified vet is able to make a decision as to whether the animal needs putting to sleep or not. so i would think that not just anyone can put an animal to sleep, but thats my oppinion on it, dont know if its true but i would say only a qualified vet can do it to prevent any cruelty whether intended or not to any animal
