Wedding Car Hire Business

DancingWithPoodles

I dont need any of that. My success is based on the uniqueness of my products and I am going for the B2B rather than B2C.

Come ooon tell the truth when you saw my website you wanted to try my chocolate to see what it is about:cool::cool:

If you have an S Class, why don't you get proper hosting, word your website properly and be able to correctly write down your phone number? Oh and how do you make money from no products? Does Rachel Stevens really eat your chocolate and write a testimonial? Is your pricing for real?

Good luck Alan nice clean web site with complete transparency on pricing which seems reasonable too.

A good start then and to be frank from your first post I thought you would just end up cleaning the cars. Need to tale the ole eagle eye out and polish it I think:rolleyes:

I do have some crit on the pics you're using on the site (as a wedding photographer ;))

Can you not do an exchange with a local photographer, in exchange for you using his/her pics, you can link to their site and recommend them (if they're any good, obviously).

I'm assuming that people spending that kind of money on a car will;

a. Make it part of at least some of the pics and
b. Have the money to pay for a decent photographer.

Alternatively, lend me a couple for the weekend, and I'll do some pro pics for you, including a beautiful bride and groom ;)

Hi Rob,

Ha! Thankfully not cleaning the cars no.

After being on the forums for a while I can see why someone would be sceptical about my first post, but I assure you, I'm the real deal! :)

Fingers crossed, lets see how it goes!

Yes, some of the pics are not great, I'll be honest, I took most of them with my mobile phone. I didn't want to use stock photos which would give my site a fake feel, I am going to try and get some pro shots as I progress.

I figured the more amateurish pics would be better than stock for a brand new business. Thoughts?

I'd use stock images, if you can find any... The car's the car, that's what people want to see on your site.

That said, if you're localish to me (Leeds area), we might be able to sort something out :)

I see your point... I'll have a snoop around for some stock images.

If I was closer to you i'd be happy to work something out but I'm based in central Scotland... Not so handy unfortunately.

Couple of small mistakes:

In the gallery you show a 360 Modena and 360 Spider which you don't seem to actually offer.

Also the car in the gallery labelled F430 is actually a 360.

Well spotted, we are going to offer the 360 but it is not on the list yet, will be added shortly.

Changing the F430 to 360 now! oops!

Cheers,
Alan

Hi

You can't get wedding bookings without wedding shows. Count on
Spending 12k year there. Advertising say 9 k, stationary 3k and website
3k, 27k before you start

The market has some big players, you have to spend big as they do
I should know I have wore the rosy specs for five years, you can borrow
Mine anytime

My advice forget it, well let's just say it costs me 450 per week to have a
Wedding car business, and I have tried it all.
