OP you dont value your company if your not willing to pay such a small amount to secure your domain. Its tough luck that he caught it thats the way it works im afraid !

Not true you can have a trademark and you are still not entitled the domain.

Thank you for your message Zonline.

This was quite a while ago now and I've moved on from the domain issue. Yes you are correct to say its tough luck we did not get it but you cannot say I dont value our company just for not wanting to pay X amount for the domain.

Maybe I'm just thrifty.. or cautious about spending money but you dont get rich by giving money away. (maybe its a cornish thing!)
