Ordering

• Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in. Each person is allowed one customer account and all customers must be aged 18 or over.
• Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.
• If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process.
• You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours. A further e-mail will be sent within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Availability

• Our products are fresh and handmade. On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative, a credit with us or a refund, whichever you prefer.

• We accept payment via Paypal which is subject to Paypal's user agreement.
