I think the site looks great and professional.

I'd remove the fight spam button as it seems to detract from the professionalism of the site.

I would also move the telephone number, fax number and address details from each page and move on to the contact page, as main number is a mobile number and address is a PO box, detracts slightly.

It's 2008, so you need to update this at the bottom next to the copyright sign.

The design looks clean and professional to me. I like it.

Just a couple of points:

Testimonials are brilliant. If anything, yours are easy to miss over on the right hand side, outside the border. Make them a bit more prominent. Be proud!

Also, bit trickier this one, you might want to be more explicit about why your prospects should use you rather than anyone else. There's a lot in there about your experience and specialism, but what does this specifically mean to your clients? What's your proposition?
