Overall the site is OK in my opinion, but the content is lacking e.g. description "
22mm thermostatic mixing valve" should be 100 or 200 words "
22mm thermostatic mixing valve - this valve is normally used in a ( i'm making this up) a close circuit heating system where it is important to blah blah blah'

On the homepage, bin the hero image and make the CAC/Free Delivery boxes a lot smaller. That way the categories appear above the fold.

The only reason anyone will ever be on your site is because they want plumbing supplies so don't put anything in the way of the products.

Bin the intro on the category pages: http://plumbsparesdirect.com/store/toilet-spares/float-valves-inlet-valves I already know what I'm looking for so don't need to check the washer. If you want to give this advice, put it on the product page.

On the product pages, put the description next to the image. Bin the reviews thing - I doubt anyone is going to write a review about a ballcock.

Bundle products: http://plumbsparesdirect.com/store/opella-side-entry-ball-valve-b801a. Sell me the valve, washer and ball as a package.

Use one font size - you have teeny tiny and then big on the same page.
