Hi,

How can I go about creating privacy policy and terms & conditions of use for my website? Are they people who are specialised in doing that or what is the best and most cost efficient way to have it done properly?

Regards

Further to Justin's advice, if you are in an industry that has specific requirements, or you will have specific terms & conditions for your business, then it's always worth getting them checked out by a lawyer.
For example, if you are selling high-value items online, not having correct T's & C's could lead to a terrible situation financially. If you're unsure, it better to be safe than sorry and get them checked by a legal expert.

To create the right documentation, you definitely need to make it correspond with GDPR law. I don't have the example of all the documents, but I found the article that covers all GDPR points and what should be done with the privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms&conditions to comply with the law.
