Website needed

We ae currently seeking tenders for a website.

We are establishing a company which rents out items for either;
3 day
1 week
2 weeks
3 weeks
1 month

There are approximately 50 items to rent, with 10 items in each of 5 categories (but this needs to be expandable as the business grows).

We would like the customers to be able to select the category and then be faced with the selection of items in that category. By clicking on the photo of the specific item, the customer would then get a detailed description of the item and also the prices for each of the rental periods above.

It is paramount that the customer is then able to book and pay for the rental, there and then. To avoid double bookings, this presumably would need to link to a calendar/database behind the scenes, to check availability.

If available the customer should be able to pay for it there and then, via debit/credit card and receive a confirmation booking email.

There would also need to be the usual pages, "about us", "contact us", "FAQ's", "delivery" etc.

I will gladly give a more detailed web spec to the right person, but for now we are just looking for tenders.
