Website jumping when scrolling

Hey,

I checked this; it even happens when testing Incognito in the Chrome web browser. It does the same in Internet Explorer.

It does every time, and after a while, it usually scrolls.

Looks to be a lag with the hover under style whilst it's still writing the page (ads)

It’s been like this since launch. There are numerous other styling and JS bugs but not enough to be overly annoying.
