I have experience with 1and1, not of Webfusion. Both are budget priced offerings, and you get what you pay for.
You will find supporters and enemies of them both, based on anecdote. I do know of good hosting providers, but it depends on your motivation for change.
Unfortunately there's no such thing as "unlimited".
There will be fair use policies, speed limitations etc.
It is "unlimited" in that you don't need a lot so there's no 'limit' to what you arn't going to use anyway.
How much traffic do you expect to be serving each month?
Is it a large site? A couple of sites?
So do I and it is not a happy experience. 1&1 support is the worst I have ever experienced in any discipline and any walk of life.I have experience with 1and1
