i'm in discussions with suppliers re the creation of a website and subsequent ppc/seo.
how do i ensure i dont lose 'control' of the site e.g. its taken down by the suppliers because of future dispute?
any other guidelines welcome!

Make sure when the website is complete that you own it, it is handed over to you with passwords etc, you pay for hosting separately and have the passwords too.

Most web design companies expect to work this way, you can then negotiate a maintenance agreement for ongoing work.
