We are looking for a redesign of our company website to make it more professional looking.

Looks fine to me. The content needs sorting but that's got nothing to do with a redesign

But your big problem is using drupal. The number of available drupal developers is dwindling fast. So maybe you need to move to a new CMS rather than get the site redesigned.

But it's still Drupal and Drupal is a complete pain. So the redesign may well need moving the whole site to a new platform. Which means lot more faffing about.
