What I’m looking at creating is a website that caters for people who are providing a service & those that are looking for a service and have decided I need these features;

• A user backend so that both buyer & seller could log in to their accounts
• Nationwide database of towns & cities with a large searchable interface.
• Regular updated information from buyers & sellers from the database.
• User transactions are reported in their profile in a CV format.
• Online payment system.
• Easy & simplistic layout whilst remaining professional.
• Matching system that pairs user requests with related users.

Any ideas of the costs involved?

The website will be used as a live directory with updates that connects or pairs people together based on the sellers wants & the buyers needs.

I'm not looking for anything out of the ordinary in terms of looks but it should have a professional outset to draw people in.

Users should be able to log into their account and browse the live updates from the directory in a job board sort of setting. Their profiles should include information that can be used for pairing together buyer & seller which will send them updates through their profile and I'd like a reputation or reviews page per user.
