i am looking to integrate free business consultancy into my wordpress blog, to make this a good investment to build up experience and a customer base i need a good chat client with a low monthly fee, what do you all recommend?

The pricing of the live chat softwares also do matter and consideration of uptime guarantee is highly required.....so does these two important criteria are fulfilled by your chat service provider???

Is there a chat service that will allow me to answer on the fly for example coming through to an iphone or blackberry?

I do not mind paying but if there is a free version that does the same job even better!
