Web Developer Required, Any Recommendations?

HI guys, basically I have a website which makes more then 50% of my overall turnover per year. A friend and I started it last April just to see if it would workj and it has taken off well for us. However, I've found he is getting increasingly busy and just cant dedicate time to it. I've been paying him a montlhy fee but progress is seriosuly slow. And the final cherry was that the sites payment system crashed about a week ago and he seems to busy to dedicate time to try and fix it. He doesn't answer his phone and it's affecting my trade massively. It's got to the stage that I think I need a professional company to run with it as I know if I used a proper company or at least a proper developer I wouldn't be in this mess. Is there any companies or people anyone can recommend? My site was built using php, OSCommerce so a lot of it is just plug and play. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated??

For your checkout problems, try running an optimise on the sessions table from phpMyAdmin

I'm looking for someone to firstly fix the payment system with sagepay, as this has decided to stop working. Then it's things like shop by size, foreign currency conversion, fix the video player, things like that really. I can provide much more detail once I have a few recommendations

I would recommend mark at phpworks (type in google) if you list what you need changing then he will quote you. Not cheap by all means but he gets the job done and does it right. Helped me fix my site.
