I am a US buyer looking for a supplier to buy Iphones and other gsm mobile phones in bulk. I have been talking with a few individuals in the UK but I do not know if I can trust them. One company I talked to is Inshallah Limited. But, I do not know if they are legit company. Please send me a message or post if you can refer me to a good supplier of mobile phones in the UK or any country that sells phones at wholesale price. I am looking to buy original iphones and other mobile phones in bulk.

Thanks

To check a business in the UK, use companies house web service. You can search for the company name, pay a small fee to check Directors, accounts, turnover, length of trading etc.
Inshallah is Arabic for 'God willing' so whilst it may be genuine, I personally would be suspicious of a company with a name that suggests that you may get your goods 'Inshallah'!

The UK isn't known for the manufacture of mobile phone, so I don't think it would be the place to look; far east seems a more likely starting point? I would do more research on manufacturers I think. :)

Thanks for the help. Where do I go to check the companies house web service. Or do you have a service in the UK that I can hire a person to check out the company and also help with the actual transaction to protect my investment in the phones. I just need to see if Inshallah Limited is a real company. He gave me his incorporation paperwork and [FONT=georgia, serif]INSHALLAH LIMITED,Approved Registered No.07233752. Just need to check them out.

I think you definitely need to watch yourself with this one. There are a lot of fake phones out there which are exact copies and you can barely tell the difference. If they are not an approved re seller by apple etc then surely you can't trust them?

I've had experience with buying goods thinking they would be the real deal and they turned out to be extremely good copies. Remember, if you are caught selling these goods then you will be the one responsible.

Hope this helps

Everyone has been more than helpful. Thanks. The main reason I think he might be a legit business and why I am even talking to him is because he has no problem meeting with us at his location to show us his invesntory. Here is the info he gave us.

Company Details : INSHALLAH LIMITED
Registered No.07233752
Address :4 PERRIN COURT, SHEERWATER, SURREY, GU21 5NN, UNITED KINGDOM

My business partner is the one that travels to meet our prospective suppliers but he is in China for the next 30 to 60 days. I need to find someone in the UK that I can trust to help complete this deal if he is really a legit company. We have a purchasing agent in CHina that we deal with but does the UK have this type of service also where I can hire a company to help with this transaction and protect my investment? Thanks for all your help. This is my first time dealing with a company in the UK and I am being cautious.

If I was in your position and looking to buy bulk iphones etc, and by bulk I mean at least say 1,000 units at say £100 per unit = £100k. I would spend $5k getting on a plane and turning up at the sellers office in Surrey.

If they are legit then great you can do a deal. If they aren't legit you would have prevented yourself from being ripped off for a lot of money and you have had a lovely trip to England, maybe stop off in London?:)

Or you could pay me £1k, tell me what you want to purchase and how much you want to pay and I will go and see them on your behalf.:)

Be very careful if your thinking of using them (found their supposed website below):

http://foremostcomputers.webnode.com/

Looks like they are selling Iphones etc at 'cheap' prices and they accept payment by Western Union (these are the common hallmarks of a scam)

different contact details, different town. I would write to the company address and confirm that the web site is not a fake.

Stay well away from this market is my advice (ipod/iphone/S3). It is full of scammers. I spent a lot of time researching it years ago and found only trouble! You will not find any legit company exporting legitimate high end consumer goods. Why would apple or samsung deal with some some small time wheeler/dealer?

The only way is finding the official company that deals with consumer returns and fixes them and sells them on as Grade A/B's.

Western Union...lol
Red Flag straight away!

If, when I first look at a website there are grammatical errors and poor content/images etc I am very quickly put off dealing with them. It is a company's shop window and as such should represent them in a positive and professional light. As a result I would definitely steer clear of this one. How can anyone have a minimum order quantity of 1-100 units...??

The other thing to do is to check the company address using Street View. That shows the address as being a residential home *not that there is anything wrong with that, you'll see the same if you did it to my company), so it's some chap trading out of his home. That would be a point of concern, but it's not a deal breaker.

Found this company very good to buy the latest smart phones from in the uk, either 14 day returns or grade A , bad points about them , most of their phones come in gereric box's and the delivery can take up to 7 days in the uk , so international might be even longer.

but they are trustworthy, anyone interested should check them out. (a-1wireless.co.uk)
