Hello

I run www.bmminiparts.com which has been bespokely designed and has been running for almost 2 years and is time for enhancements to improve the customer experience and also background fuctionality.

The person who built the site has since become fulltime and has not got the time to dedicate for our list of improvements.

In addition to site improvements there maybe a need for the building of a sister site with a new manufacturer.

I am looking for a UK based developer who has at least 5 years experience in C++ and aspx programming.

They need to be able to adapt quickly to my vision of how i am looking to move the current site forward.

Ideally i would prefer a local candidate, but this is not essential as depending on the launch of the second site the role might well become full time and based at our unit in Peterborough.

For the successful candidate i would require upfront fixed quotes for each improvement. Depending on the result of these additions this role could develop into the building of the second manufacturer, with the view to running with at least 5 manufacturers.

For any additional information or for interested programmers please contact me at [email protected]

Many thanks for reading

Are you sure it is C++ and not C# (C Sharp). It is more usual for aspx .net websites to be developed in C# rather than C++.

To get the right supplier with the right skills, it might also be worth specifying what database is used in the website, e.g. MS SQLServer, and specifying this as a requirement skill too, if it is required.

I hope this helps and I hope it avoids you wasting time looking for someone with the wrong skills.

Like said in the two posts above, I'm fairly sure that this would be C#. Although we are more than qualified for this role and if it does involve C++ for the development then we can most definitely cater for that too.

I will PM you our details.

Hi Guys

It was while ago my developer told me the code and for some reason i remember C++, but could easily be C sharp, but have asked for the code type.

The site has been developed on MS SQLServer -

Ideally i would prefer someone who could do the developing inhouse so i could show exactly what i need building changing as it is so much easier to show someone than describe. This is taken form previous experience when we developed the site as it is.
