That is a really, really interesting read and an absolute goldmine of tips and advice for anyone starting up, even if it's just a greetings card site from their back bedrooms.

It's also pretty inspirational in what he says about not needing to be a qualified business practicioner in order to start a successful business. Just get on a do it is the implication.

I also identified with his work ethic for the first few years. Sounds like he was doing around 18 hours a day. It was like that for us too, but we are bit more laid back these days.

Although he says he would not go into a start up with a woman of child bearing years - I had three small kids when I started and now have four so in a way I can prove him wrong. I'm kn**kered though.
