    very on-point customer service. This is the beauty of small business, the owners live and breathe their business and work round the clock. I use posilan web host and was amazed that the owner would respond to tickets on a Sunday afternoon.

    The downtime was an issue for me, but it wasn't irreparable. I hope I haven't lost customers for this, but one of my clients who was expecting a delivery was trying to reach me and they sent a series of emails chasing up a delivery for some equipment this morning and thought I was conning them. The number appeared disconnected on their line and they were worried I was so fly by night company.

    But it's a VOIP service and they're exposed to the typical web server attacks like any other cloud based service.

    If you want 100% uptime, use BT, pay a massive line rental charge, connection fee, and if you're a growing company constantly moving to bigger premisis, pay a premium to BT every time you move.

    I've only been a customer of Voipfone for the past 4 weeks, however, I found their customer service and support excellent. Refreshing, even. The phone was configured out of the box and the call quality has been first rate.

    As regards the outage I'd echo Karimbo's comments about VOIP.
