Good Morning,
We do presently have a Voipfone line but, sadly, we find ourselves not using it as calls out are simple not economical. At present we have:
1 Voipfone line (notionally for incoming calls)
2x Mobile phones with rolling contract
The Mobile phones are able to call each other, free of charge, and do call forwarding. For a sum of £20 per month, for both, we are able to have more calls than we need and also to do call forwarding between the two, all included.
Our scenario is that we have 2 geographically distinct locations. In practice we would probably like one incoming telephone number. For the most part, this would go to a phone which is located at our primary premises. If it is unanswered, it would divert to the second line/extension. Ideally we would like the possibility of someone at location 1 choosing to pass the call through to the second extension, when they identify that they are unable to answer directly. We would also like the possibility of forwarding calls to one of the mobiles, if we can do it without crippling costs. Finally, we would like that we can actually make outgoing calls, again without crippling costs. With our mobiles, we can get 500 mobile mins at £10 per month - so it doesn't make sense to be paying in excess of this.
Does anyone know of any services which can help?
Thanks
