Voip Provider - multiple locations per person

Looking for a VOIP provider that can meet our needs.

I now have 3 locations that I bounce between, so I either need a very easy way to login/logout of phones, or for all three phones to be easily reachable through one extension.

Currently with voipfone, and there's a workaround to achieve this, but it doesn't actually show me which extension is calling me so need something where this is baked into the system a bit better. Just need it to be easier for colleagues to reach me on an extension!

Have you considered a cloud based phone system? We resell a product called 3CX which sounds like it may do everything you need. You can have physical extensions at each location and you could even have an app on your laptop and/or smartphone that will act as an extension as well.

This way you can have all the features of a complex phone system but not be limited by location.

It's also very easy to expand in future as your business grows.
